I, the undersigned, have enrolled myself and my dog in online dog training classes and workshops offered by Finn & Paddy & Co Dog Training.
I certify that I understand that dog training may involve risks to myself, members of my family, or my dog. I hereby accept and assume, without reservation, all risks associated with participating in the training classes and will not hold Finn & Paddy & Co Dog Training or its instructors responsible in the event of injury to myself, family members or my dog.
I hereby release Finn & Paddy & Co Dog Training, its employees, owners, directors, representatives, subcontractors, agents, animal owners, customers and potential customers from any and all liabilities, financial and otherwise, for injuries to myself, my dog, or any other property of mine, which arise in any way at any time directly or indirectly from services and/or products provided by or as consequence of my association with Finn & Paddy & Co Dog Training.
Finn & Paddy & Co Dog Training will offer only safe, ethical, responsible and scientifically-sound training suggestions and lifestyle recommendations. Finn & Paddy & Co Dog Training trains with science-based positive reinforcement techniques. We are force-free trainers!
I expressly and voluntarily assume all risks of injury while training my puppy(s). I recognise that Finn & Paddy & Co Dog Training can not be held responsible for the unintentional errors, omissions or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my puppy at all times, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finn & Paddy & Co Dog Training, of any and all claims of injury, expenses or damages caused by the actions of my puppy while under my own care as a result of following the training plan. I understand the inherent risks of owning a puppy, including but not limited to, the risk of puppy bites to other animals, other people or myself. I understand the behaviour of a moment-to-moment decision-making animal can never be guaranteed. Therefore, the success of my puppy(s) is highly correlated to the amount of time I spend practicing the desired behaviours with my puppy(s) and the degree of consistency family members and I employ. I realise that my success is contingent on my family’s dedication to working with our puppy on a daily basis. There are no guarantees with behaviour modification, and I will not hold Finn & Paddy & Co Dog Training responsible if my puppy does not meet our training goals.
I accept full responsibility for any actions I may take, or for any decisions I may make, as a result of these training classes.
I understand that the first week’s content and coaching session are completely free of charge, however I will have to pay the remaining classes fee of 75 euros if I choose to access the second’s week content. There will be no refund once I access the second week’s content.
I give my consent to this agreement form being checked and immediately destroyed in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Data Protection Agency. I am aware that Confidentiality is subject to the laws of this country.
GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance to the State of Ireland, without any regard to its conflicts of laws provision.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and that I fully understand its content. I agree to the liability waiver terms and policies.
